There was always plenty of fun going on at the Volland Store and family holiday gatherings were a specialty. The Kratzers gathered upstairs in the dining room, and Otto shipped fresh oysters in by train for Christmas.

Our tables and chairs seat up to 80 for dining or 100 for a reception. If the weather is pleasant, you can spill out onto the front and east porches. Included is the use of the catering kitchen, 8 60-inch round tables, 4 8-ft rectangular tables, 100 folding chairs, and table service for 24. The rate is $160 for a half-day or evening event. Lessee provides setup and cleanup, and there is a cleaning deposit of $100 ($200 for outdoor events). Setup and cleanup service is available for an additional fee.
